Musa this summer made a £18million move from CSKA Moscow to Leicester City of England.
According to African Football, his former club, Pillars are due part of the training compensation from the transfer. Musa played for Kano Pillars in the 2009/10 season when he set a set the league record of the highest goals scored in a season by a player.
The forward was however on loan from JUTH FC of Jos but the club will not get any sum from the transfer as they are defunct Musa’s former clubs, CSKA Moscow and Dutch club VVV Venloare also beneficiaries of the training compensation. Musa has so far made four appearances in the Premier League for Leicester City.
Although he impressed in their 4-2 loss to Chelsea in theEnglish Football League Cup (EFL Cup) Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri wants the forward to get a better understanding of the Premier League.
